B. In Case of Flat /Unit in Apartment / Building:

  1. Affidavit before Notary Public

C. Landed Property being Area:

  1. more than 750 Sq. Mtr. – At H.M.C. Central Office
  2. up to 750 Sq. Mtr. – At Respective Borough Office
