Procedure For Closure of Trade License

GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR CLOSURE OF CERTIFICATE OF ENLISTMENT

The application for closure should be accompanied by necessary supporting documents along with original of Certificate of Enlistment of Current year duly paid. If any Certificate Holder wants to close the business in the current financial year and does not want any Demand Notice to be raised in the next financial year, the application for such must be received by the concerned Officer latest by 31st of March of the current financial year. Any application for closing of business, received after 31st of March, of the particular financial year, will have to clear the demand up to that financial year in which the application for the closing of business is submitted.

For Closure of registered office of Pvt. Ltd./ Ltd. Company Registered under Company’s Act 1956 (as amended from time to time):-

Photocopy of the extract Board Resolution of the Company duly certified along with an intimation or permission from R.O.C. U/S 560 of the company’s Act 1956 and original paid up Certificate of Enlistment with payment receipt.

For Closure of Branch Office of Pvt. Ltd./ Ltd. Company Registered under company’s Act 1956 (as amended from time to time):-

Photocopy of Board Resolution, Certificate of incorporation in R O C of Register Office and original paid up Certificate of Enlistment with payment receipt.

For Closure of Partnership Firm :-

Photocopy of the partnership deed of dissolution along with partnership formation deed and original paid up Certificate of Enlistment with payment receipt.
